Custom Itinerary Design
These fees include our initial consultation, research and development of the itinerary, and close consultation with you on revisions until all the details match your needs. We book the components included in your itinerary and manage the booking with personal attention to detail. Additionally, we are here for support while you travel and we always follow up with you upon your return to go over all the details of your trip.
- Begins at $500 per week of travel. Cost may vary for longer trips or for multiple country destinations.

Cruise Bookings
- $500 for recommendations on destination, cruise line and itinerary.
- Non-refundable. Due after the initial consultation and before any work begins in planning your trip.
- No Fee if you already know exactly what sailing you would like to book. Many of our clients take advantage of our close relationships with the cruise lines to get access to shipboard credits or amenities onboard.
- Additional fees may apply for pre- and post-cruise planning or customized shore excursions.
- My clients often receive additional Virtuoso Voyages benefits included in their fare.
- For pre- and post- cruise itineraries, fees will vary depending on complexity.
Hotel-Only Bookings
- $200 per trip if there is research involved in finding you the perfect property.
- Non-refundable. Due after the initial consultation and before any work begins in planning your trip.
- No fee if you know when you want to go and at which property you want to stay. (self-booking option with our Self-Booking Tool)
Phone-Consultation Only
- $300 for a 45-minute call.
- Included in Custom Itinerary Design
- For those that want to book everything themselves but need some advice.
- Ideal for first-time travelers or those with lots of questions.
- Non-refundable. Due before phone call.
Expedited Booking
- $250 – Travel planning services that are requested less than 30 days prior to departure (in addition to planning fee).
- Non-refundable. Due after the initial consultation and before any work begins in planning your trip.
